What we are

BizOps Central is guidance and organization for small business owners: a guided map of what a business typically needs, tools to think through decisions, and optional done-for-you services.

What we are not

We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. The guidance is general orientation in plain words. For decisions that need a binding professional opinion, talk to a licensed professional; where it matters, we'll say so and can point you to one.

Your account and your data

• Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Your business's information belongs to you. See the privacy page for what we keep and what we deliberately don't.

The free guidance and paid services

• The guided checklist and its explanations are free.
• Done-for-you services (setup work, ongoing ops) are quoted and agreed before any work or charge happens.

The honest limits

We work hard to keep the guidance accurate and current, but rules vary by state and industry and change over time. We provide the site "as is" and aren't liable for outcomes of decisions you make with it. Double-check anything high-stakes with the actual authority or a professional.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and meaningful changes get called out, not buried.
